How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 7–12 business days, with tracking emailed to you. Delivery is free on every order.

Where do you ship from?

Our pieces are made by specialist workshops overseas and shipped from there directly to you. It's what keeps the prices where they are. Import charges are unusual, but if you're ever billed one, send us the paperwork and we'll reimburse you.

What are the pieces made of?

Silver-tone and gold-tone plated metal, set with cubic zirconia. Full details are on each product page.

Will it turn my skin green?

Not under normal wear. Plated jewellery can react if it's worn in water or with cosmetics on — our care page covers how to avoid it. If a piece marks your skin, tell us and we'll refund you.

What size ring should I order?

There's a measuring guide on the ring's product page. If you're between sizes, go up. The wrap ring is an open design, so it's more forgiving than most.

Can I return something?

Yes — 30 days, any reason, unworn and in its original packaging. Email us and we'll send return instructions. Return postage is yours; if the item is faulty or wrong, it's ours and you don't need to post it back at all.
