FREE DELIVERY ON EVERY ORDER

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 7-12 business days from dispatch.

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

WHERE YOUR ORDER SHIPS FROM

Our pieces are made by specialist workshops overseas and shipped directly to you. It's what keeps our prices where they are, and it means delivery takes a little longer than a domestic warehouse would. We'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you.

DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES

Import charges are unusual on orders of this size, but rules change. If you are ever asked to pay a duty or import charge on an Eloise Marchetti order, email us at info@eloisemarchetti.com with the paperwork and we'll reimburse you in full.

IF YOUR ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED

If your order hasn't reached you within 20 business days of dispatch, email info@eloisemarchetti.com and we'll either send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If you've made a mistake with your delivery address, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch.
